Teaching Experience

Since Fall 2022, Kathleen has worked as a Voice and Piano teacher, offering private instruction in both classical and contemporary styles. While she previously taught at the Merriam School of Music's Oakville campus, she now teaches independently across the GTA and continues to work with students of all ages and levels.

Kathleen holds her RCM Grade 9 in Piano and a Bachelor of Music in Classical and Jazz Voice Performance from the University of Toronto. Her strong foundation in technique and theory, paired with extensive performance experience, informs her well-rounded, student-centered teaching approach.

Vocal Production Consulting

With over a decade of studio experience, Kathleen brings a deep understanding of vocal production to her work with recording artists. Having recorded vocals herself since the age of six, she offers in-studio consulting to help artists achieve the sound they envision—bridging the gap between vocal technique and artistic expression. Her collaborative approach ensures that vocal delivery aligns with both the musical style and the artist’s intent.
